Beach in Tisno
The beach Jazina 2 in Tisno articulates current narrow shoreline at the edge of shallow and muddy sea floor. A new beach surface, articulated by regular elliptical form, is being created. Long central land part of the beach is of the elliptical form. As its ends move away from the current land part, the extensions for joint facilities are created. In the sea part, the ellipse is continued as a reef that holds together the deposited beach material and makes it possible to walk around the entire beach all along the ellipse. On land, the elliptical form is continued by two lines of pine trees, that provide shade over bathing and parking areas.
Clear form of the beach articulates all spatial requirements and becomes a recognizable part of Tisno identity.
