Dinko Peračić was born in Split in 1977, where he finished Classical Gymnasium. He got his master’s degree at IAAC in Barcelona and graduated at Faculty of Architecture in Zagreb. He is the founder of the Architects’ Collective Platforma 9.81 and a partner in Architects’ Office ARP. He worked as an assistant at Faculty of Civil Engineering, Architecture and Geodesy in Split from 2008, and since 2016, he has been working as associate professor at Architectural Design Department.

He was awarded the 2nd prize at the Salon of Architecture in 2006, together with R. Šilje for the design of the Faculty of Civil Engineering in Osijek, in 2009, together with M. Veljačić for Youth Centre Revitalization Design in Split, and in 2015 for Vodice Green market, for which he was also awarded with Piranesi award in 2015. The Faculty of Architecture in Osijek was awarded the Architecture Medal by Croatian Chamber of Architects as the most important architectural creation in 2016. Together with his team, he represented Croatia on 15th Biennale Archittetura in Venice in 2016.

His work on the Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art in Rijeka (ex-factory Rikard Benčić) was awarded by Bernardo Bernardi award by the Croatian Architects’ Association as the best achievement in the field of product and interior design in 2017, by the annual Medal for Conceptual Design awarded by the Croatian Chamber of Architects for prominent professional contribution to conceptual solutions in 2017 and with Grand prix at the 53rd Zagreb Salon of Architecture Award 2018. The Sea is Glowing exhibition design was awarded with Grand prix at the 58rd Zagreb Salon of Applied Arts and Design Award 2023. He has many years of experience in participation in architectural competitions for design proposals and several first prizes.
